Nothing says ‘I’m ready for the festive season’ like a live Christmas carol sing-along. By Tuning in, you’ll not only enjoy watching 11 local artists from your home, but you’ll also be helping children across South Africa.
The annual SPAR Carols by Candlelight presented by Jacaranda FM is doing things a little differently this year. They are streaming the the incredible line-up to your home. The concert is still free, but SPAR and Jacaranda FM are asking everyone to dig deep this year and donate.
All funds raised through digital donations will ensure that the Good Morning Angels team can gift vulnerable children across South Africa news toys of their own. “Last year the event gathered 125 giant boxes of toys and R80 000 that reached children from six homes across South Africa,” says Deirdre King – Jacaranda FM Managing Director. The event also collected 25 boxes of flood relief supplies for the Mamelodi residence who suffered from the 2019 flash floods.
