While the Cape\u2019s top tier Chardonnays, Chenin Blancs, Sauvignon Blancs, Semillons, Rieslings and classic Bordeaux-style blends are well represented, the exciting line-up of masterly crafted blends from lesser-known grape varieties are waiting to be discovered.
