To celebrate Valentine’s Day and the month of love, the popular new lifestyle & music event series, The Soirée by Stella Artois, returns to Johannesburg on February 18th, with The Lovers’ Edition at picturesque Toadbury Hall Country Hotel near Lanseria.
In this, the third installment of The Soirée, eventgoers can expect a stellar music line-up with a distinctive Afro-soul leaning, and love at the center of all things lyrical, including SAMA award-winning artists Elaine, Lloyiso, Amanda Black and AKA, as well as house DJ Marcus Harvey, DJ Loveslavephola, DJ & mixologist, Mmisology, and funk DJ, Sumthin Brown.
Lloyiso has been working on a new collaboration with Grammy award-winning UK electronic group, Clean Bandit, which is expected to be released soon while, having recently returned from the US (where her face adorned billboards on New York’s Times Square), Elaine is also currently working on her debut album. Multi award-winning and platinum selling Afro-soul artist, Amanda Black, is well known for her socially conscious songs while AKA will be releasing a much-anticipated new album, ‘Mass Country’.
“I can’t wait to perform at The Soirée which has become an important platform for bringing people together in deep and meaningful connections. I can’t wait to share my latest body of work and what better place to do so than in the month of love,” says Lloyiso.
The Soirée by Stella Artois Lovers’ Edition starts at noon and ends at 9pm on February 18th. To purchase tickets, go to Howler.
