In a time where environmental awareness is crucial for both individuals and companies, HONOR shines as a symbol of eco-consciousness in smartphone production. Through the development of the HONOR Magic V2, the company has made substantial efforts to reduce its environmental impact while enhancing user satisfaction. This is in line with their pledge to accelerate its sustainability and decarbonization efforts to reduce its carbon emissions by 88%, achieve 100% use of renewable energy and reach carbon neutral operations by 2045, which includes a 36% reduction in carbon emissions by 2035.

HONOR meticulously assesses the environmental impact of the HONOR Magic V2 through Product Carbon Footprint analysis. By considering factors like RAM, ROM configuration, and usage over three years, it ensures transparency and accountability in managing the device’s carbon footprint.

Here’s how HONOR prioritizes environmental responsibility throughout the lifecycle of the HONOR Magic V2.

Restrictions of Hazardous Substances
Complying with stringent European directives, HONOR goes above and beyond to eliminate harmful substances like Brominated Flame Retardants (BFR), Chlorinated Flame Retardants (CFR), and PVC. By adhering to regulations and restricting additional potentially harmful substances, HONOR reduces negative environmental impacts and promotes material recycling.
