Made to Move sunrise Yoga sessions are the perfect opportunity to show yourself some love and celebrate Women’s Month with wellness and joy! Every Saturday from 3 August to 31 August, join us for a rejuvenating morning of yoga, laughter, and community spirit. It’s the perfect way to honour and embrace the strength and beauty of womanhood.

Event Details:

Dates: Every Saturday from 3 August to 31 August

Time: 08h00 – 09h00 (please arrive 15 minutes prior to the session to check in and get settled)

Price: R100 per session

Venue: Next to Alchemy Store at Hyde Park Corner

Our yoga sessions, themed “Made to Move”, are a celebration of wellness designed to keep you fit, energised, and connected. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, our sessions are tailored to provide a fun and uplifting experience for everyone.

There is no better way to set the mood for the weekend than in a vibrant atmosphere with like-minded women. Enjoy the fresh morning air and the serene surroundings next to Alchemy Store as you flow through your yoga practice.

And because you deserve to be spoiled, every participant will receive a fabulous goodie bag filled with exclusive Hyde Park Corner branded items along with a refreshing green smoothie from Just Teddy.

Make new friends and celebrate the joy of movement together. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one, we’ve got you covered with mats available on-site. Monday to Saturday: 9am – 6pm
Sundays and Public Holidays: 10am – 3pm
