Whether you spell it whiskey or whisky, relax and unwind with a culinary journey at the Post Unlocked Brunch and wine and whisky pairing event at Flamingo Casino.

Brunch, the delightful combination of breakfast and lunch, has become a beloved culinary tradition around the world. The concept of enjoying a leisurely mid-morning meal has captured the hearts and palates of food enthusiasts everywhere. To elevate this already extraordinary experience, Bar 129 is presenting a tantalising array of four-course brunch dishes prepared by skilled chefs.

The menu highlights both classic and inventive creations, taking inspiration from various cuisines to ensure a diverse and exciting culinary experience, from mouth-watering plated dishes to farm style harvest table. Depending on your palate preference, whisky on offer are Glenmorangie and Gentleman Jack, while wines are from Spier and Krone estates.

The star of the event, the wine and whisky selection, is carefully chosen to complement the flavours of the brunch menu. The team at Posh Unlocked have curated the wines to create a harmonious pairing. Guests will learn about the art of wine pairing as sommeliers guide participants through the intricacies of each food and wine pairing, and share insights into the characteristics of the wines, their origins, and the reasons behind the chosen combinations. Guests are encouraged to engage in conversations, sharing their thoughts and impressions.
