The Good Life Show: A Hub for Innovation, Sustainability, and Wellness

The Good Life Show is now in its fifth year. Beyond being an engaging consumer event, it serves as a significant trade show that supports small businesses in the sustainable lifestyle, plant-based, organic, and wellness sectors. This support is vital as the conscious living and wellness industries are currently experiencing a worldwide boom, with plant-based and organic sectors alone forecast to mushroom and grow by an astonishing US$13 billion by 2026 and US$568.82 billion by 2029, respectively.

The Good Life Show is the leading event of its kind on the annual calendar, taking place from May 30 to June 1 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) and from August 1 to 3 at the Kyalami International Convention Centre in Johannesburg. This event brings together anyone interested in food, health, wellness, and conscious living, as well as trade professionals from retail and foodservice sectors. It offers a platform for attendees to connect with industry leaders, small businesses, and innovative, established brands, all showcasing high-quality and cutting-edge products and solutions.The Good Life Show has evolved into a key event that supports businesses focused on plant-based products, natural and organic goods, free-from options, sustainable living, health and wellness, fitness, beauty, and personal care.
