After letting the hotel know that I needed a prescription printed, I was completely taken aback by the lengths the staff went to ensure my comfort. A few minutes later, a staff member appeared at my door, delivering my prescription in an envelope placed on a silver tray, held delicately in their hands and presented with white gloves. They then offered for a member of staff to go get the medication for me, which was also delivered to my room. The level of care and attention to detail was something I had never experienced before. But the exceptional service didn’t stop there.
