Bollywood Fusion Chutney Night

The month kicks off with music, laughter and purpose as the Sri Vishnu Temple Whetstone hosts its Pre-Valentine’s Bollywood Fusion Chutney Night, a vibrant fundraising event in support of a temple that has served its community for decades.

Hosted at the iZulu Theatre, the evening blends entertainment with meaningful impact. Guests can expect energetic Bollywood fusion band performances, live comedy from Anesh Dusrath, Vinay Hansraj and AKD, and dynamic dance showcases by Rohan Ramkisoon Entertainment Spectacular. The result is a joyful celebration of culture, entertainment and togetherness — all while contributing to a worthy cause.

A Royal Valentine

Valentine’s Day at Sibaya is reimagined as an elegant affair at the Royal Court Restaurant, where romance meets refined dining. Couples are invited to celebrate love with a luxurious six-course Valentine’s menu, complemented by complimentary sparkling wine in a setting designed for unforgettable moments.

The menu is a journey of flavour and finesse — from the Four Seasons of Wheat bread selection and tomato textures appetiser, to a refreshing basil and orange sorbet palate cleanser. Guests can choose from indulgent entrées including spiced lamb rump, herb chicken supreme, grilled sirloin steak with prawns, or a Mediterranean Greek briam vegetarian option. The evening concludes with a decadent dark chocolate gateaux love bomb, strawberry mousse, and a refined cheese course.

Known for its warm ambiance, impeccable service and attention to detail, the Royal Court Restaurant provides an elevated dining experience ideal for Valentine’s Day, anniversaries and special occasions.

Shakti Beats Beauty Goddess KZN 2026 Provincial Pageant

Closing out the month in spectacular fashion, Shakti Beats Music Productions Pageants and Events celebrates its 24th anniversary with an event that steps boldly beyond tradition.

The Shakti Beats Beauty Goddess KZN 2026 Provincial Pageant introduces the inaugural Shakti Influential Legacy Awards, honouring stalwarts in the music fraternity and legends within the community. The evening also incorporates the Shakti Music Artes Awards, recognising outstanding homegrown musical talent.

Held at the iZulu Theatre, the night will shimmer with glitz, glamour and sheer beauty as models compete for the coveted KZN 2026 Provincial Pageant crown and title. Adding to the spectacle are performances by Rohann Ramkissoon’s Entertainment Spectacular, Logasen Moodley of LMDC, duos Omesh and Nerasha, and the quartet Ajay, Indira, Atul and Sagren, among others.

The evening will be compered by Jay Singh, with music and events direction by Jay Naidoo, pageant coordination by Mrs Esay Naidoo, and graphics and media support by Dashalin “Deez” Naidoo.
