The month of September has felt everything but Springy.  With juggling the constant load shedding schedules together with normal life, my positivity meter has been reading below reserve.  I have however always believed that a little positivity and gratitude goes a long way.

I love to journal, and read those daily pick me ups on instagram.  With this in mind I was truly excited and intrigued by the offering from Evelyn Alessandri.

Evelyn has designed a deck of 52 positivity cards.  One card for every week of the year.  The idea behind it?  To help you live a happier and more authentic life.  Designed to bring awareness to the choices you make and the actions you take.  Each card has a positive focus for the week.  You decide which day of the week to pick a card and stand it up where you will see it every day.

Together with the cards is the new Gratitude Journal.  A special workbook that can be used daily or when you have time.  Create a better life, living your true purpose authentically and true to who you are.  The book includes some mood mandalas and fun trackers to make the time journaling on of enjoyment.
