Valentine’s Day does not come with a rulebook, and at Carnival City, it never has to. This February, love is celebrated not through a single experience, but through choice — refined dining, live music, or an all-day groove that stretches romance well beyond one evening. Whether couples are looking for elegance, atmosphere, or soulful connection, Carnival City offers carefully curated moments designed to match every kind of love story.
A Valentine’s Fine Dining Experience at Carnival City Hotel
Saturday, 14 February 2026
For those who believe romance is best expressed through flavour, finesse, and unhurried conversation, the Valentine’s Fine Dining Experience at Carnival City Hotel sets the tone for an unforgettable evening.
Guests are welcomed into a sophisticated setting where a multi-course menu unfolds with intention and care. The evening begins with olive bread, focaccia with roasted garlic and rosemary, and bread rolls, paired with black pepper shortbread, onion marmalade, and goat’s cheese mousse — an elegant introduction that signals what’s to come.
Starters follow with confit chicken and leek terrine, complemented by pickled shimenji mushroom, walnut ketchup, shiitake powder, and quinoa crumb, balancing richness with texture and depth.
For the main course, diners choose between three beautifully composed options: herb-crusted rack of lamb served with truffle pomme purée, glazed baby carrots, onion pearls, and chimichurri; pan-roasted sea bass with silky fennel purée, compressed fennel, citrus beurre blanc, and fennel pollen; or a roasted cauliflower steak paired with truffle and hazelnut cauliflower purée, hazelnut crumble, truffle oil, and mushroom jus.
The evening concludes on a sweet note with butterscotch panna cotta, pear sorbet, honeycomb, and raspberry gel — a dessert designed to linger, much like the night itself.
