Looking for a fresh way to kick-start your weekend? Clearwater Mall is inviting fitness enthusiasts, families, couples and friends to swap the usual Saturday routine for an energising morning of movement, mindfulness and a delicious breakfast at its upcoming Fab Fit Mash-Up Class, presented by Burn Fitness.

Taking place in The Piazza on Saturday, 11 July, the interactive fitness experience combines high-energy cardio with calming stretches, offering participants the perfect balance between exercise and relaxation.

A Workout That Blends Energy and Wellness

The Silent Fab Fit Mash-Up has been designed for anyone who enjoys staying active while having fun.

The 90-minute session begins with 45 minutes of Zumba, where upbeat music and energetic dance routines get participants moving and their heart rates up. Once the cardio session wraps up, the pace shifts into 45 minutes of yoga, allowing guests to stretch, unwind and reset both body and mind.

The combination creates a workout experience that leaves participants feeling energised, refreshed and ready for the rest of the weekend.

Fitness Followed by Breakfast

For R50 per person, guests receive access to the full 1.5-hour fitness session along with a post-workout breakfast at Doppio Zero.

Participants can choose between:

  • A bacon and egg roll
  • A croissant with butter and jam

Both breakfast options are served with filter coffee or tea, providing the perfect reward after an active morning.

Bringing the Community Together

According to Prianka Singh Rodgers, Marketing Manager at Clearwater Mall, the event is about creating an enjoyable community experience while encouraging healthy lifestyles.

“This is such a wonderful way to bring the community together for a fun, active morning at Clearwater Mall. For only R50, guests can enjoy a guided workout, time outdoors in the Piazza and a delicious breakfast afterwards. It is great value and a lovely way to start the weekend feeling energised, relaxed and connected.”

Limited Spaces Available

The class is limited to 90 participants, making advance booking essential.

Guests are encouraged to:

  • Bring their own yoga mat.
  • Arrive ready to participate in both the Zumba and yoga sessions.
  • Book and pay online to qualify for the breakfast offer.

After completing the workout, participants who booked online will receive a voucher from the instructor, redeemable at Doppio Zero.

The breakfast voucher is only valid on Saturday, 11 July between 9:30am and 11:00am and cannot be redeemed later if the participant does not attend the class.
