NBCUniversal International Networks & Direct-To-previously announced a second season of its original production, E! VIP, returning to E! Africa (DStv channel 124) weekly on Sundays at 20:00 CAT, with episodes available on Universal+ immediately after.

E! VIP is back for a brand-new season to grant exclusive insight into the lives and careers of the most notable and high-profile celebrities from across Africa. Viewers can uncover the stories of stars from South Africa, Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria, including Sarkodie, Jo-anne Reyneke, Daniel Churchill, Boity Thulo, Yvonne Nelson, Gert-Johan Coetzee, Nasty C, Kate Kamau, Yemi Alade, Mihlali and Fireboy.

The episode featuring Daniel Churchill will air on Sunday, 22 January 2023 at 20:00 CAT on E! Africa (DStv channel 124), with episodes available on Universal + immediately after.

“Churchill was given to me by a gentleman named Wahome Mutahi. Wahome was a columnist for a national newspaper. He said I need to choose a name that everyone can pronounce, so stick with Churchill”, says Churchill on how he got his name.

Churchill comments on why he incorporates a children’s section into his show, “The one thing dear to my heart is children. I started as a Sunday school teacher and said to myself the day I get the opportunity to have a TV show, I have to incorporate them because they were my first audience”, added Churchill.

E! VIP is produced by Brainstorm Media Entertainment in Johannesburg for NBCUniversal International Networks & Direct-To-Consumer.

E! VIP featuring Daniel Churchill will air Sunday 22 January 2023 at 20:00 CAT on E! Africa (DStv channel 124). It will be available to watch on Universal+ immediately after airing on E! Africa, exclusively via DStv.
