Women’s Month is getting an energetic send-off.

On Saturday, 29 August, Syringa Park at Avianto Estate will become the setting for Femme Fit Fest 2026, bringing women together for a morning of movement, music, fitness and fun.

Running from 10:00 to 13:00, the event is built around three different workout styles, giving participants the chance to move from yoga to strength training and finish with dance — all in one morning.

It is a celebration of fitness, but it is also about creating an atmosphere where women can show up, move together and enjoy the energy of a shared experience.

Three workouts. One morning.

Femme Fit Fest keeps the programme moving with three back-to-back sessions.

The morning begins with Power Yoga with Tidi, giving participants the opportunity to ease into the day’s activities through movement, strength and flexibility.

Next comes Strength & Conditioning with Monique Fit, bringing a more powerful training element to the programme.

Then it is time to turn up the energy.

The event closes with a dance workout with Fitness Icon, giving participants the chance to finish the morning on a high.

The result is a varied programme that allows attendees to experience three different approaches to exercise without having to choose just one.

And with music, movement and group energy running throughout the morning, the atmosphere is designed to be as much about enjoyment as it is about fitness.

More than just a workout

There is plenty waiting beyond the workout sessions.

Every participant will receive a goodie bag featuring NPL products and sponsored items worth more than R1,000.

There will also be spot prizes throughout the morning, adding an extra element of surprise to the event.

And every ticket holder is automatically entered into a lucky draw for the chance to win an NPL hamper valued at more than R1,200.

So, while the main attraction is the three-session workout programme, attendees will leave with more than just a morning of exercise.

Bring your crew — or come as you are

Femme Fit Fest is designed for women across different fitness levels.

That means you do not need to arrive as a seasoned gym regular.

You can bring your usual training crew.

Convince a friend to join you.

Or simply decide that you want to spend your Saturday morning doing something different.

The focus is on participation, movement and enjoying the experience.

With three different workout disciplines on the programme, participants can also discover a style of training they may not normally try.

Get there early

There is one detail future attendees should not overlook.

Check-in opens at 08:00 and closes promptly at 10:00.

There will be no late entries.

Arriving early gives participants enough time to check in, collect their event goodies and get ready before the first workout begins.

With spots limited, those planning to attend are encouraged to secure their tickets ahead of the event.
