This summer, The Peech Hotel and The Pot Luck Club invite Johannesburg locals and visitors to indulge in two spectacular seasonal experiences blending sunshine, live entertainment, and culinary excellence.

Peech Summer Sundowner Sessions

When: Thursday to Saturday | 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Launch Date: 25 September 2025

The Peech Hotel’s lush gardens, rooftop bar, and patio become the perfect backdrop for the Summer Sundowner Sessions, where guests can unwind with The Pot Luck Club Joburg’s aperitivo-inspired tapas menu and carefully curated drinks. For R145 per person, visitors receive their first round — a tapas dish paired with a complimentary cocktail, glass of wine, or beer.

Featuring wines from different South African estates, the sessions offer crisp whites, light rosés, and chilled bubbles by the glass or bottle as the sun sets. Tapas highlights include Fresh Oysters, Fish Tacos, Short Rib Roti, and Prawn Cocktail, with vegetarian options available. Special sundowner pricing applies to all featured beverages between 4 pm and 6 pm, enhancing the relaxed and indulgent experience.

Weekend Jazz Lunch with Bottomless Bubbles

When: Saturday and Sunday | 12:30 pm onwards
Launch Date: 4 October 2025

The Peech Hotel and The Pot Luck Club transform weekends into a sparkling celebration with Weekend Jazz Lunches. From 12:30 pm, guests can enjoy live jazz music from 1 – 3 pm, paired with bottomless Graham Beck Brut and Rosé, as well as a Mimosa and Bellini Station featuring fresh juices and the signature Peech Bellini.

The à la carte menu by Head Chef Ebie du Toit offers standout dishes such as peri peri chicken with ajo blanco, kale and pepper salad, braai vinaigrette, and smoked beef fillet with black pepper and truffle café au lait. For dessert, options include peanut butter bomb with banana mousse, honeycomb crunch, and Frangelico sabayon. Vegetarian and pescatarian dishes are also available. Bottomless bubbly, Mimosa, and Bellini are priced at R395 per person, with the last pour at 4 pm.
