Indulge Your Sweet Cravings

In today’s society, health and wellness play a much larger role in consumers’ lives than ever before. With the bucketload of information on nutrition that is now available online, individuals tend to have a black-and-white view and try to ‘cut out’ all the so-called ‘unhealthy’ foods. However, these foods are often our favourites, offering taste, sweetness and happiness. Cutting them all out is simply not sustainable (or enjoyable) for most people.

But how about, instead of focusing on taking away foods from our diets, we focus on what we can add in, that will make our bodies and minds feel good? By doing so, we don’t have to sacrifice taste and satisfaction, and we can still listen to our bodies when we have our sweet cravings!

Here is where Uju Pure Honey Gummies come in, a brand of delicious, chewy treats that ADD great ingredients into our diets, instead of replacing or taking away the foods we love! These snacks are sweetened naturally with local honey, and taste like a wonderful mixture of Turkish Delights and normal gummy sweets! They incorporate ingredients such as fresh ginger root, chai spices, liquorice root, espresso and rose geranium (our local Fynbos that tastes just like Turkish Delight) for various flavours and benefits!

Ginger:  Reduces inflammation in the body and aids digestion
Chai: Acts as an antioxidant in the body and can boost our immune systems
Liquorice Root: Has been shown to help with stress relief and regulating hormones
Espresso: Improves our mental alertness and concentration
Rose Geranium: Studies suggest that rose geranium may possess anti-inflammatory properties.
Rooibos: Has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties
Almonds:  Are high in antioxidants and vitamin E.
Furthermore, these treats are free from cane sugar, gelatine, colourants, flavourants, preservatives, gluten and dairy!

Choosing to stock up on Uju Pure Honey Gummies not only takes us away from a restrictive mindset, but allows the addition of treats that incorporate healthy ingredients while leaving out the nasty additives!

Whether you are lactose-intolerant, vegetarian, celiac, or just looking to try something with a little less of the nasties, Uju has a delicious option for you!
