As we prepare for Oskido’s BIG DAY OUT festival taking place next month, Oskido recently announced the addition of some epic acts to the already legendary line-up that are sure to evoke cherished memories and bring the dance floor to life.

Joining the lineup are the internationally acclaimed duo Mafikizolo and the King of Amapiano himself DJ Maphorisa. Local favourite Mawhoo as well as house music DJ giants Rocco Rodamaal and Ralfgum are also on the roster.

These additions join a lineup already brimming with kwaito legends like Zola, Mdu, Trompies, Boomshaka, Professor, and Thebe, alongside dance music icons Christos, Ganyani, Vinny Da Vinci, Greg ‘Music Maestro’ Maloka, Glen Lewis, LeeMcKrazy and superstar DJ Zinhle.

BIG DAY OUT is a heartfelt celebration of South Africa’s vibrant musical legacy – it’s where the golden era of kwaito meets the pulse of contemporary sounds, reminding us of the joy, struggle, and community that music has fostered over the decades.

Oskido’s BIG DAY OUT is set to be a vibrant homage to our rich musical heritage, filled with the very best of South African cuisine and an atmosphere that honors our shared history. As we gather to dance, reminisce, and celebrate the beats that have brought us together, we invite you to join us in creating new memories while cherishing the old.

Don’t miss out on this unforgettable celebration of sound, culture, and community!
