On Saturday, 25 April 2026, the stage at the Boardwalk International Convention Centre will transform into a time capsule of sound, rhythm, and pure emotion as Kings & Queens of Soul returns—promising an unforgettable celebration of timeless music that has shaped generations.

Set for an 8pm start, this highly anticipated production is more than just a concert—it is a powerful homage to the golden era of soul. With bold vocals, rich harmonies, and exciting new arrangements, the show breathes fresh life into the classics that defined love, heartbreak, resilience, and joy.

At the heart of this musical journey is a stellar lineup of South African talent, each bringing their own unique story and vocal brilliance to the stage.

Leading the charge is Fagrie Isaacs, a Cape Town-born musical powerhouse with over three decades in the industry. Revered as a true “soul man,” Isaacs has built a legacy through his acclaimed Luther Vandross tribute performances, romantic ballads, and his time as the former lead singer of The Boyz. His presence alone sets the tone for an evening rooted in authenticity and vocal excellence.

Joining him is Robin Pieters, a dynamic performer whose decade-long career has seen him evolve from a sought-after backing vocalist to a commanding frontman. Having supported industry greats such as Alistair Izobell, Claire Phillips, Sasha-Lee Davids, and Karin Kortje, Pieters brings both experience and stage finesse that promise to captivate audiences.

A name synonymous with South African music success, Sasha-Lee Davids adds star power and emotional depth to the lineup. Crowned winner of Idols South Africa in 2009, and previously the victor of Matrix Season 2, Davids has built a career that extends beyond music into storytelling and reality television. From her debut album to The House of Davids, her journey continues to inspire dreamers across the country.

Completing this powerhouse ensemble is Andrea Fortuin, whose remarkable vocal ability has captivated audiences from a young age. Having shared stages with local talents including Early B, Fortuin has grown into one of South Africa’s most beloved online singing sensations, attracting global attention through her powerful performances and audience-requested renditions.

Together, these artists promise a feel-good evening packed with iconic hits, unforgettable musical moments, and a vibrant atmosphere that will have audiences on their feet—singing along to the soundtrack of soul.

With tickets priced at R200 for General Access and R250 for Golden Circle via Webtickets, Kings & Queens of Soul offers not just a show, but an experience—one that reconnects audiences with the music that moved the world, reimagined through voices that carry its legacy forward.
