August 2026 is bringing a month of animated adventures, beloved Disney classics, superhero rescues and magical worlds to Disney Channel and Disney Jr., with plenty for young viewers and families to discover.
From the return of Phineas and Ferb to new episodes of RoboGobo, a brand-new adventure with Magicampers, and Friday movie nights featuring some of Disney’s most recognisable titles, the August schedule is designed to keep the entertainment going throughout the month.
There is also plenty for fans to catch up on, with The Lore of Miraculous and a dedicated Phineas and Ferb viewing event adding even more to the line-up.

Here are the August highlights.
Phineas and Ferb Return
Fans of the inventive stepbrothers have another reason to tune in as Phineas & Ferb Season 5 continues.
The last batch of episodes airs from 5–7 August at 16:30 CAT.
Phineas and Ferb are back, while Candace remains determined to bust them. Meanwhile, their pet platypus, Perry, continues his mission to thwart Dr. Doofenshmirtz.
The adventure does not stop there.
Road to Phineas and Ferb: Season 5 Finale
On 1–2 August from 12:40 CAT, viewers can join the Road to Phineas and Ferb Season 5 Finale.
Then, from 10 August, the complete Phineas and Ferb Season 5 will be available to watch on weekdays at 16:30 CAT.
For fans wanting to revisit the season or catch up on the adventures, it is the perfect opportunity to jump into the world of Phineas and Ferb.
New Generation Brings Football to Disney Channel
A new series is also joining the Disney Channel line-up.
Disney11: New Generation Season 1 premieres from 3 August, airing Monday to Thursday at 17:00 CAT.
The story follows three former players who return to their old academy and discover that their beloved Golden Hawks team is struggling and facing relegation.
Their mission is to revive both the academy’s glory and the team’s spirit in a new chapter filled with football.
It is a story about sport, teamwork and returning to the place where it all began.
Friday Movie Nights Are Back
August Fridays bring a collection of Disney favourites, with a different movie airing at 5pm CAT each week.
Tangled — 7 August

Released in 2010, Tangled follows Rapunzel, a young girl locked away by her overly protective mother.
Her dream of seeing the world outside finally begins to come true when she meets Flynn, a good-hearted thief.

The Princess and the Frog — 14 August

The 2009 Walt Disney Animation Studios classic offers a modern twist on a traditional fairy tale.
Tiana dreams of owning her own restaurant. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she encounters a frog prince desperate to become human again.

Brave — 21 August

In Brave (2012), Merida is the courageous and independent daughter of Scottish King Fergus and Queen Elinor.
A skilled archer, Merida wants to forge her own path rather than follow an age-old tradition.
Her defiance angers the Highland lords and sets off a chain of events that throws the kingdom into chaos.
Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure — 28 August

Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure (2011) brings back High School Musical favourite Sharpay, played by Ashley Tisdale.
Sharpay and her dog Boi are talent-spotted, but her Broadway dreams take an unexpected turn when she discovers that the audition is actually for Boi.
The result is another adventure for the ambitious Sharpay.
The Lore of Miraculous Returns
For Miraculous Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir fans, August brings a chance to revisit the show’s mythology.
The Lore of Miraculous Parts 1 & 2 airs on weekends from 1–9 August at 06:19 CAT.
The programming stunt comes as the finale of Miraculous Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir approaches, giving viewers an opportunity to catch up on the lore ahead of the Season 6 finale later this year.

Disney Channel is also expanding its Miraculous offering with Miraculous World specials.
From 10 August, viewers can jump into the extended world of Miraculous on weekdays at 16:30 CAT.

Magicampers Opens a Magical New World
A brand-new series arrives on weekends from 1 August.
Magicampers Season 1 airs at 15:45 CAT.
The series follows young explorers Darly and Loomis as they attend a day camp for magical creatures on a fantastical island.
Their adventures take them everywhere from the top of Melody Mountain to the depths of the Never Ending Cave.
Each challenging quest promises another opportunity for exploration and adventure.
RoboGobo Is Back
Superhero action returns with RoboGobo Season 2, airing weekends from 8 August at 12:25 CAT.
Dax and Team RoboGobo are back to save the day.
This time, their new Robo-Suits have an exciting upgrade: they can transform into Robo-Vehicles.

Mickey Heads to the Farm
