Wellness is not a journey anyone needs to navigate alone. Sometimes, it starts with a conversation. Other times, it takes a moment of prayer, a morning walk or a reminder that support is within reach.

Now, Wisdom & Wellness is bringing more of those moments together in one place.

The community, founded by Mpoomy Ledwaba, officially launched its new mobile app on Friday, 23 October 2026. The platform gives its members, affectionately known as GalPals, a dedicated digital space to access wellness resources, connect with one another and stay involved in the community.

Available on Google Play, the Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery, the app brings together support for spiritual, physical, mental, relational and financial wellbeing.

More importantly, it builds on the community members already know and love, making it easier to stay connected even when they cannot meet in person.

A digital home for GalPals, wherever they are

For many members, community is built through the simple things: showing up, checking in and making time for one another.

Wisdom & Wellness has already brought women together through initiatives such as Sunday Walking Club. Previously, members in more than 15 cities used WhatsApp groups to organise their walks, from choosing meeting points to agreeing on what to wear.

The new app gives each city its own dedicated group chat.

This makes it easier for members to organise local meet-ups, continue conversations and connect with GalPals in their area.

The Events page also helps members find upcoming activities, access meeting points and Maps links, and connect with the City Heroes who lead local walks.

Members can join conversations through the community feed or send private messages. These features give friendships more room to develop beyond scheduled activities.

The result is a more connected experience, whether members are planning their next walk or simply checking in with someone who understands their journey.

Wellness resources, all in one place

Building a wellness routine takes intention. It also helps to have useful resources within reach.

The Wisdom & Wellness app brings many of the community’s familiar practices together through its Library.

Members can access the monthly three-day fast, prayer resources and guided devotions. Each morning, they can also find a fresh verse or encouraging quote to start the day.

The Library goes beyond spiritual wellbeing, too.

It includes Tools Tuesday sessions featuring trusted experts, Book Club selections with exclusive discounts, printable trackers and practical resources for everyday life.

Whether members want to deepen their spiritual practices, explore new ideas through reading or build healthier habits, the app makes these resources easier to access.

It also keeps the wider Wisdom & Wellness experience close at hand, including Book Club, Sunday Walking Club and Unlimited WalkFEST.

Real support when members need it

Digital convenience matters, but so does human connection.

That is why the app includes a support chat where members can reach a real person with questions about the platform or their membership.

Rather than relying solely on automated replies, members have a direct way to seek assistance when they need it.

The app also links to Wisdom & Wellness’s official YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts channels, helping members stay connected to its content across different platforms.

Together, these features create a digital space where community, practical resources and support sit alongside one another.

Mpoomy Ledwaba on helping women own their wellness journeys

For founder Mpoomy Ledwaba, the app is about making the community’s existing support and resources easier to access.

“We are incredibly proud to give our GalPals one place to find the tools, support and community they already know and love,” Ledwaba says.

“Some days you may need guidance, and some days you may simply need a reminder that you are not alone.”

She also emphasises that the app is there to support members, not replace the personal effort that wellness requires.

“Our role is to make the tools, access and community available, but each member still owns her journey. The app will not take the steps for you, but it keeps support close as you take them.”

That message sits at the heart of the new platform. Members can access resources and connect with others, but each person remains responsible for the choices and actions that shape her own wellbeing.

  • Apple App Store: Download for iPhone
  • Huawei AppGallery: Download for Huawei devices

A community that goes beyond the screen

Wisdom & Wellness is a personal growth and wellness community founded by Mpoomy Ledwaba. It focuses on making spiritual, physical, relational, mental and financial wellbeing more accessible.

Through membership, expert-led learning and shared experiences, the community encourages meaningful connections and personal growth.

Its initiatives include Book Club, Sunday Walking Club and in-person experiences, giving members different ways to learn, connect and build supportive relationships.

The new app brings more of these experiences together in one digital space.

It does not promise to do the work for its members. Instead, it makes the tools, resources and community easier to reach.

And sometimes, having the right support within reach is a meaningful place to start.
