Some collaborations shake the industry. Others shift the culture. And then there are the rare, unexpected collisions that melt the internet, the streets and the tastebuds — all at once.
This summer, South Africa gets all three.

The sauciest collab of the season has officially dropped: KFC x Nasty C — a fusion between Africa’s biggest hip hop export and South Africa’s most iconic fried chicken brand. The result? A limited-edition menu engineered for flavour, flair, and pure Ivyson energy.

It’s bold. It’s delicious. And yes… it’s proudly, unapologetically NASTY.

🎤 Nasty C Brings His Signature Sauce to KFC

2025 has been a defining year for Nasty C — a new album, Free, a sharpened sonic identity, and the powerhouse that is Tall Rack Records, his youth-first music production and promotion platform.

Now the multi-award-winning rapper is expanding his empire… into the kitchen.

He has co-created a limited-edition KFC lineup, and he didn’t come to play. He came to sauce.

At the centre of the drop is the Nasty C Burger, a towering flavour stack featuring:

  • Three sauces — Colonel Sauce, the brand-new BBQ Sauce, and the debut of KFC SA’s Hot & Spicy Sauce

  • A crispy Original Recipe fillet

  • A melted layer of cheese

  • A golden hash brown, because Nasty C believes in “extra”

  • Served with loaded fries dripping in all three sauces

  • And a Sparkling Krusher to complete the trio

This is Nasty’s world — with every bite.

🎫 The Historic Signing: When a Burger Became an Artist

On 4 December 2025, at an exclusive “Pass the Aux” jam at Drama in Braam, history was made. The Ivyson family, fans, media and industry tastemakers gathered expecting a menu reveal.

Instead, they witnessed something no one saw coming…

The official signing of The Nasty C Burger as an artist under Tall Rack Records.

Yes — the burger is now signed.

In typical Nasty style, it wasn’t just a launch. It was a cultural moment. A crossover event. A flex only the coolest kid in African hip hop could pull off.

📍 A Limited Drop for the Festive Season

Timed perfectly with the Ivyson Tour, running across South Africa and the continent deep into 2026, the KFC x Nasty C collab is positioned to dominate the summer.

From 02 December 2025 to 05 January 2026, fans can get their hands on the full Nasty C menu at over 700 KFC stores nationwide.

Forget “Song of the Year.”
KFC calls this the flavour drop of the summer — a release guaranteed to live rent-free in people’s minds… and mouths.

🎙️ KFC x Nasty C: A No-Brainer Partnership

“KFC and Nasty C? That’s a no-brainer,” says Grant Macpherson, Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at KFC Africa.
“Nasty C isn’t just making music, he’s shaping culture. He’s a whole movement.”

Macpherson adds that the partnership is rooted in shared purpose.

“He speaks to the youth in a way they understand, and so do we. KFC sees young people as the future — a force we invest in today.
Nasty C is building a space where young talent can grow. That mirrors our philosophy of feeding youth potential. We both create spaces where people thrive not just because they belong, but because they’re seen, heard and felt.”
