Following the huge success of Jozi’s latest trendy spot, the MmohoBlock Market at the Waterfall Park in the Mall of Africa in April, organisers announced the next edition of the market set to take place on Saturday 27 August & Sunday 28 August respectively.

Focussed purely on local lifestyle products and brands, the inaugural market took place at the end of April, and it was a big hit with fashion-forward & local-loving market-goers.

The next MmohoBlock market is happening Sat 27 & Sunday 28 August, and is set to be an even greater experience! With over 100 local brands to showcase and retail their products, MmohoBlock is all about local.

MmohoBlock is at the forefront of the trending ‘Shopping with Purpose’ and ‘Loving Local’ movement by connecting ultra-curated, and hand-picked local designers, makers, creative entrepreneurs & producers, to the greater Jozinite community.

MmohoBlock Market is super excited to have teamed up with partner Nedbank to support young entrepreneurs by offering 100 makers 50% off their market stall fees. Together, we are making your #hustle happen!

Set in the stunning urban setting Waterfall Park at Mall of Africa, visitors can shop and interact with contemporary makers while enjoying authentic gourmet street food, sipping designer cocktails whilst listening to amazing performances by local music talents on the live music stage.

It’s better together” at the MmohoBlock as we have designed an experience to cater for everyone.  We’ve lined up a weekend of jam-packed activities including live entertainment for kids and adults alike, will ensure quality time together and create special weekend moments for you and your family.

MmohoBlock is making the renowned South African a cappella group The Soil, part of the MmohoBlock family! Together, we will not only provide incredible entertainment & some kasi-soul at the up-and-coming MmohoBlock markets, but we will also be working together to shine a spotlight on supporting local creatives! #togetherwehustle
