DJ Kyeezi Opens Destiny, New Lounge in Cape Town CBD

Together with three industry friends, popular radio and media personality DJ Kyeezi today announced his latest business endeavor DESTINY, a luxury champagne lounge that opened in the inner city last night – just in time for the festive season.

Radio personality Khanya ‘Kyeezi’ Siyengo earlier this year joined forces with three partners, restaurateur extraordinaire Theo Pearson, experiential event specialist Bevan Chetty and marketing guru Natano Brache to come up with a luxury destination, set to change the face of entertainment in the CBD.

Having officially opened its door last night, the launch was attended by local celebrities, media and other key industry players including AKA, Clarissa Cupido, DJ Milkshake, Tamara Snow, Danine Naidoo, Chad Saaiman, Shahan Ramkissoon, Neevas Harris, culture kings Hayden Manuel and Rolo Rozay. 

This premium champagne lounge targets a young discerning, affluent local and international clientele. Nestled in the heart of the city, DESTINY plans to set the precedent for the highest quality entertainment with a combination of class, luxury and style offering thee ultimate summer experience.

With a huge focus of the safety of the guests, DESTINY will be equipped with carefully positioned camera surveillance across the entire venue in addition to 10 professionally trained security detail to ensure safety for all patrons. Secure parking is available across the street from the venue.

This elegant, luxurious and slick lifestyle destination offers an endless selection of premium drinks coupled with the trendiest music ranging from Hip Hop, Afrotech, Amapiano and R&B. DESTINY will host a series of different themed party nights from Thursday to Sunday including Soul Seduction Thursday, Darq City on Fridays, Levels on Saturday and Provocative Sunday.

              With plans to launch DESTINY as the one of the best nightlife destinations in the city this festive, founding member Kyeezi stated “DESTINY is really about four black businessmen fulfilling a lifelong dream to create an unforgettable experience for the affluent urban Cape Town market. Aligning our visions and launching this undertaking together was indeed ‘destiny’, With our combined expertise and experience in the entertainment and event industries, we plan to take the city by storm in the next few weeks.
