South Africa’s biggest mall-based gaming tournament has crowned another group of champions, with fierce competition, fast-paced action and impressive performances taking centre stage at The Glen Shopping Centre.
The latest stop of the MTN SHIFT Gaming Experience delivered an action-packed weekend where gamers competed across multiple titles, battling for prizes, qualification points and the opportunity to secure a coveted place at the National Finals.
With every match, lap and challenge completed, competitors moved one step closer to the tournament finale that will take place at Canal Walk, as the nationwide competition continues to showcase the country’s growing esports community.
Gamers Battle Across Multiple Disciplines
The Glen welcomed competitors of all ages who tested their skills across a diverse lineup of gaming experiences.
Players competed in EA FC 26™, Beat Saber, the Fighting Cup, Toyota Gaming Engine Fastest Lap, the Keyboard Rebuild Challenge and the Subway Surf Challenge, creating an exciting atmosphere for participants and spectators alike.
Beyond the prizes, every competition contributed valuable qualification points toward the National Finals, making every result count.

With more than R250,000 in prizes available throughout the tournament, every regional event provides gamers with an opportunity to compete before live audiences, earn qualification points and secure a place at the prestigious National Finals at Canal Walk.
