As the festive season unfolds across Tshwane, Menlyn Park Shopping Centre has transformed into a destination wrapped not just in lights and décor, but in discovery, generosity and joy. From exceptional shopping and standout new stores to immersive family experiences and meaningful giving initiatives, the centre has embraced the spirit of the season with warmth and intention.

Adorned in sparkling festive décor and alive with the buzz of holiday shoppers, Menlyn Park is once again proving why it remains one of Gauteng’s most loved festive shopping destinations.

Shopping, Wrapped in Wonder

With more than 400 stores, Menlyn Park offers shoppers an expansive and thoughtfully curated gift-shopping experience. Whether browsing fashion, beauty, technology, homeware or lifestyle essentials, the centre makes it easy to find gifts that feel both personal and memorable.

This festive season is made even more exciting with the arrival of new and international brands that elevate the shopping experience. Travellers can explore Samsonite’s iconic luggage and accessories, while home lovers discover refined comfort at Coricraft. Proudly local flair comes through at Old School, showcasing South African supporter gear designed to celebrate heritage and identity.

Fashion enthusiasts are spoilt for choice with the addition of Third Base – Tommy Hilfiger, Mario Casas and Dirtylolli, while Antony Morato brings sophisticated menswear into the mix. Menlyn Park also celebrates exclusivity with the country’s first 1896 store, featuring jewellery designed to move with the rhythm of everyday life.

Adding to the sparkle are Nom Nom Jewels, offering playful charms and bespoke jewellery pieces that are fast becoming festive favourites. The centre has also welcomed Pretoria’s only Karl Lagerfeld boutique and Retro Footfall store, each delivering distinctive style from globally loved brands. Meanwhile, Mr DIY has quickly become a go-to for everything from hardware and electrical accessories to household essentials and stationery.

For those who prefer gifting with flexibility, the Menlyn gift card offers the perfect solution — allowing loved ones the freedom to choose something truly special for themselves.

Festive Fun at the Menlyn Sky Kids Zone

Families are at the heart of Menlyn Park’s festive vision, and nowhere is this more evident than the Menlyn Sky Kids Zone. From 5 to 24 December, the outdoor Menlyn Sky area has been transformed into a vibrant festive playground, welcoming young visitors daily from 11 AM to 8 PM.

Children are invited to explore hands-on activities including orna-making, where they can design decorations to take home or add to the Menlyn tree, a cheerful “colour and win” corner, cookie decorating, a “hoops for the holidays” basketball challenge, and a soft play area designed especially for smaller visitors. Craft elves and Mrs Claus’ helpers bring the magic to life, guiding and encouraging creativity throughout the experience.

Parents are not left out of the festivities. While children play, adults can pause at Santa’s Brew Bar for a festive refreshment. As an added incentive, parents who participate in the activation and dine at any Menlyn Sky restaurant receive a complimentary parking ticket, seamlessly blending entertainment and dining.

Wrapped in Wonder Giving

True to the spirit of the season, Menlyn Park continues its tradition of giving with the return of its gift-wrapping-for-a-cause initiative. Running from Friday 28 November to Wednesday 24 December, shoppers can have their gifts beautifully wrapped while supporting a charity dedicated to uplifting the surrounding community.

Conveniently located on the ground floor next to Timberland and Armani Exchange, the wrapping stations offer a festive service that combines elegance with kindness — and ensures no presents are prematurely revealed before the big day.

A Festive Destination with Heart

Warm, vibrant and filled with thoughtful touches, Menlyn Park this festive season is shaped by moments of discovery, generosity and celebration. From the excitement of new stores and family-friendly experiences to meaningful acts of giving, the centre continues to create a holiday atmosphere that feels both joyful and sincere.
